PA (nylon) fiber halogen-free flame retardant powder is specially designed for the flame retardant properties of PA6 and PA66 nylon fiber reinforced materials. During the flame retardant process, it forms strong and stable carbon, which not only protects the polymer but also prevents the further spread of the flame. It has a flammability rating up to UL94V-0 (1.6mm). The amount of flame retardant used must be determined according to the polymer used, glass fiber content and application. This flame retardant has good swelling and thermal stability.
