This type of halogen-free PET flame retardant is based on a comprehensive flame retardant mechanism of free radical capture and solid phase coverage, and after active grafting, it has excellent compatibility with the functional group ester group in PET to achieve high efficiency flame retardant.
The principle of flame retardant is to reduce the heat to cool down the flame retardant, the second is to release nitrogen after combustion to dilute the combustible gas to flame retardant, and the third is to form a carbon layer to isolate the air to form flame retardant, and its flame retardant performance can reach UL-V0 standard.
This product does not contain pentaerythritol, MPP and red phosphorus low-valent compounds, so it does not produce free rancid odor, toxic dioxins and reducing gas phosphine hydrogen.(PH3)

1. The carbonization temperature of the flame retardant is as high as 450°C

The flame retardant is grafted with highly active hydrogen substances to show low surface tension, which is easily soluble in PET substrate, and the surface of the mixed and processed products is bright and the physical damage is low. In addition, this product contains a composite eight-membered ring conjugation system, which has anti-ultraviolet function.
