Features of Anti-static Masterbatch

The antistatic masterbatch is a highly efficient composite surfactant, designed for long-term antistatic performance of polypropylene non-woven fabrics; it can greatly reduce the surface resistivity of products and eliminate static hazards. After addition, the non-woven fabric can achieve no dust, no permeable dust, no pilling, no balling, no fiber falling off, and good air tightness. (The addition ratio directly affects the precipitation time, and the ambient temperature also affects the precipitation speed. It works better after being left for a few days.)
It imparts antistatic performance to the product while retaining the original mechanical, physical properties, strength, fabric smoothness, slipperiness, and breathability of the product.
The product can pass REACH, ROHS. It is environmentally friendly, odorless, non-irritating, and safe.
It is widely used in polypropylene long and short filaments, polypropylene carpet BCF, polypropylene non-woven fabrics.
