How Does PET Flame Retardant Masterbatch Work



It is a phosphorus & nitrogen-based halogen-free flame retardant (high phosphorus content and high heat resistance), with dosage 12%-15% can meet UL94-V0 standard, compliant with the EU RoHS environmental regulations.

It has good spinnability for PA spinning and PET spinning, without filament breakage or mesh clogging. It can also meet the transparent flame retardant requirements of nylon filament and polyester filament, with good colorability, and solves the problem of color difference in high-temperature spinning dyeing.

It is also suitable for the flame retardant purpose of halogen-free transparent films with high physical property requirements, and is suitable for the flame retardant of high-temperature transparent film products such as PA, PET.
