This flame retardant is suitable for halogen-free flame retardant in nylon materials, serving as a new halogen-free composite formulation for nylon, with the dosage of 8-10% for PA6 and 10-12% for PA66.
During the flame retardation process, it forms a strong and stable char, which not only protects the polymer but also prevents the further spread of the flame. Its flammability rating can reach UL94V-2 (1.6mm). The dosage of flame retardant must be determined according to the polymer used and application. This flame retardant possesses good expandability and thermal stability
