How Does PA Flame Retardant Masterbatch Work



This flame retardant is halogen-free flame retardant in nylon materials, serving as a new halogen-free composite formulation for nylon, with a dosage of 20%-25%.

During the flame retardation process, it forms a strong and stable carbon, which not only protects the polymer but also prevents the further spread of the flame. Its flammability rating can reach UL94V-0 (1.6mm). The dosage of flame retardant must be determined according to the polymer used, glass fiber content, and application. This flame retardant possesses good expandability and thermal stability.
