Discover our premium PEEK range: Granules, Powder, Rod, Sheet & Filament. Engineered for extreme heat, chemical resistance, and mechanical strength, ideal for aerospace, medical, and industrial applications. Unmatched durability meets precision manufacturing—your reliable high-performance solutions.
As a benchmark in high-performance engineering plastics, our PEEK materials deliver exceptional technical prowess: withstanding long-term temperatures up to 260°C (short-term 300°C), boasting tensile strength exceeding 100MPa, and weighing just 1.3g/cm³—50% lighter than aluminum alloy while maintaining comparable rigidity. Their self-lubricating properties and excellent chemical resistance ensure stable operation for over 10 years in harsh media like acids, alkalis, and fuels. Compatible with injection molding, extrusion, 3D printing, and more, they can be customized via carbon/glass fiber reinforcement or nano-modification to enhance wear resistance, conductivity, or biocompatibility, meeting the extreme demands of high-end manufacturing.
With our full-form product portfolio (granules/powder/rods/sheets/filaments), PEEK materials empower advanced industries: In aerospace, they replace metal in engine bearing cages, reducing weight by 40% and improving fatigue resistance. In medical fields, PEEK bone screws are preferred for spinal fusion due to X-ray translucency and biocompatibility. For new energy vehicles, 800V high-voltage battery seals resist electrolyte corrosion, ensuring fast-charging safety. In industrial automation, carbon fiber-reinforced PEEK gears enable low-noise transmission at 200°C, extending service life 3x longer than traditional nylon components. From precision instruments to extreme-environment equipment, we provide reliable, innovative material solutions for global industries.
PEEK Processing Precautions
Temperature Control: Strictly match processing temperatures to the process (injection molding: 340–400°C, extrusion: 360–400°C, 3D printing: 280–380°C). Avoid prolonged heating above 380°C to prevent material degradation; use a closed-loop temperature control system for real-time monitoring.
Drying Treatment: Dry raw materials at 150°C for 4–6 hours (moisture content ≤0.02%) to prevent surface bubbles or reduced mechanical properties caused by moisture absorption. In environments with humidity >50%, use a continuous drying hopper for feeding.
Molds & Equipment: Use heat-resistant mold steel (e.g., H13) with hard chrome plating and a surface roughness of Ra ≤0.8μm. Injection machine screws should have an L/D ratio ≥20:1 and a compression ratio of 1.5–2.0; avoid copper/zinc components to prevent catalytic degradation.
Cooling & Post-Processing: For injection-molded parts, slow cooling (mold temperature 120–180°C) promotes crystallization (40%–50% crystallinity). Anneal thick-walled products at 180–200°C for 2–4 hours to eliminate internal stress and avoid cracking during use.
Post-Processing Cleaning: After shutdown, flush screws and molds with PEEK-specific cleaning materials (e.g., pure PEEK pellets) to remove carbonized residues and ensure consistent quality in subsequent processing.
